The BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Summer National Empty the Shelters™ reduced-fee adoption event will last from July 8-31 at 390+ shelters in 44 states!
FOPAS is proudly one of those shelters providing reduced-fee adoptions for all dogs and puppies.
