Featured Cat -VICTOR!

Victor, with the same name as the lead singer of the Village People, was literally found behind the Parkville YMCA as a “young man down and out with the blues.” His scruffy condition was an indicator of many cat brawls and lots of dumpster diving. The Good Samaritan who found him knew the Parkville Y was not for him, but instead the Parkville shelter was the place to go to “get [himself] clean” and “have a good meal.”

Victor is living the good life at the shelter, but to “make real [his] dreams” of a forever home, he needs to find his People. As the song goes, “no [cat] does it all by himself.” It takes a Village – Good Samaritans, shelters, and adopters. Can you be the final step in this “young man’s” journey to happiness.

Victor is FIV+ but that doesn't mean he can't live a long and happy life. He is not contagious to people or dogs but would need to be your only kitty. Frankly, he'd love having you all to himself!
